PINK

When someone you love is afflicted with breast cancer it is life changing. The first person I knew with breast cancer was my mom; she was a survivor and everything to me.

My Mom was a believer and always knew in her heart that the diagnosis was a way to recognize her internal strength and to carry on to the best of her ability. She was Italian and she had grandchildren to look after; she had more pasta to make and bread to bake! She lived a bountiful life for many years after her remission.

She wore a pink ribbon necklace every day. This necklace was a symbol of all she had to overcome. She loved her accessories, they became a part of her, she wore them no matter the occasion.

Her strength and perseverance are remarkable. Years down the road I was faced with severe injuries from a car accident. I know my ability to survive and go forward was due to my strong relationship with my mom and to see firsthand how faith and family strengthened her through these tribulations.

This is one of the many reasons we love to share our Pink Ribbon Collection. We offer beautiful jewelry and accessories with pink ribbon inspired designs to bring awareness and support those who have and have overcome breast cancer, as well as their caretakers and support groups.

For several years Rosemarie Collections has partnered with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. A percentage of every pink ribbon purchase goes to this amazing organization.

Komen’s mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

Susan G. Komen is the ONLY organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives in order to make the biggest impact against this disease.

Join us in making a difference.
