Rosemarie, on behalf of her company, Rosemarie Collections, wrote a check for $2,016.22 to Susan G. Komen Columbus last month. The donation is a result of a partnership between Rosemarie Collections and Susan G. Komen Columbus, an affiliate of Susan G. Komen—an organization that strives to “save lives and end breast cancer forever.” Rosemarie Collections donates 20 percent of their “Pink Ribbon" collection sales to Susan G. Komen Columbus, and in December 2015, Rosemarie handed the jewelry company's first contribution to Katie Carter, Executive Director of Susan G. Komen Columbus.

It is said that most people know someone who has been affected by breast cancer. For Rosemarie, this person is her mother—a breast cancer survivor. “Breast cancer impacts so many people,” says Rosemarie, “and we, at Rosemarie Collections, are inspired to work toward this critical mission of breast cancer awareness and early detection.”

In 2014 Rosemarie Collections launched a “Pink Ribbon” jewelry line with a dual purpose. First, the company gives a portion of its proceeds to Susan G. Komen Columbus to aid in the fight against breast cancer. Second, the “Pink Ribbon” collection aims to spread breast cancer awareness, inspire hope to patients and honor survivors.

That said, Rosemarie Collections offers dozens of “Pink Ribbon” items, such as bracelets, lapel pins, bows and scarves. A few recent additions include a “Be Strong” ribbon awareness pendant necklace, and a "Pink Ribbon" pattern infinity scarf.

It is not too late to make a difference. Rosemarie Collections continues their partnership with Susan G. Komen Columbus. Your purchase is a small way to make a big difference in the lives of thousands. (Written by Amy Haddad).
